Welcome to Orientation to Brain Health, presented by Paul D. Nussbaum, Ph.D., ABPP.

To begin your orientation, simply watch the videos below. In this five-part series, Dr. Nussbaum introduces the foundational concepts of brain health, including essential brain health vocabulary, how the brain works, the Brain Health Lifestyle®, and the Five Pillars of Brain Health.

For a more in-depth learning experience, you may also download the companion Orientation to Brain Health booklet. It expands on each chapter and includes reflection exercises and a Brain Health Quiz to reinforce key concepts.
