Our Programs
CLIENT
Our Client Program is designed to offer caregivers a much-needed break while ensuring that their loved ones enjoy a fulfilling and enriching experience. During these 4-hour sessions, clients will engage in various activities and social interactions in a safe and stimulating environment.
CAREGIVER SUPPORT
Our Caregiver Support Program offers a vital community-based support system for those caring for individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia. Whether you are actively involved in our Client Program or seeking support elsewhere, we provide a safe space to share experiences, gain knowledge, and connect with others on a similar journey.
MEMORY ASSESSMENT CENTER
The Memory Assessment Center provides comprehensive evaluations for cognitive and emotional well-being. Our services are available to existing participants and those who qualify for subsidies, focusing on identifying areas of concern and creating personalized care plans.
