Caregiver Support
Program
Support group facilitator creates a safe, empathetic, and structured environment for caregivers to share experiences, receive emotional & practical support, and gain knowledge about dementia care and their journey.
Memory Assessment Center
The Memory Assessment Center (MAC) provides comprehensive evaluations of cognitive and emotional health by an experienced neuropsychologist leading to differential diagnosis, care management, and treatment planning.
