Located within the MDR – Your Brain Health Matters Champagne Center for Brain Health on Marco Island, the Memory Assessment Center (MAC) provides confidential memory and cognitive assessments at no cost to adults in Marco Island, South Naples and Goodland.
Evaluations are conducted by Director Dr. Paul Nussbaum, who is board-certified in Clinical Psychology and Geropsychology with a specialty in Neuropsychology. Each assessment includes personalized recommendations to support independence and long-term cognitive health.

Dr. Paul D. Nussbaum is a board-certified clinical and geropsychologist with a specialty in neuropsychology and more than 30 years of experience treating neurological and neurobehavioral disorders. He serves as Chair of the MDR Champagne Center for Brain Health and directs a Memory Assessment Center in Southwest Florida.
Dr. Nussbaum is also an Adjunct Professor of Neurological Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and has published extensively within the scientific community. A respected public educator, he has delivered keynote presentations and consulted worldwide, including appearances at the United Nations and the National Press Club.
