The Memory Assessment Center is a resource for existing participants of MDR and subsidy provided by MDR for non-participants dedicated to evaluating your cognitive and emotional well-being. Our assessments identify areas of concern and create personalized care plans to maintain optimal functioning and enhance your quality of life. Consultations are conducted by Dr. Nussbaum Board Certified in Clinical and Geropsychology with specialty in Neuropsychology.

Dr. Paul D. Nussbaum is a board-certified clinical and geropsychologist with a specialty in neuropsychology and more than 30 years of experience treating neurological and neurobehavioral disorders. He serves as Chair of the MDR Champagne Center for Brain Health and directs a Memory Assessment Center in Southwest Florida.
Dr. Nussbaum is also an Adjunct Professor of Neurological Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and has published extensively within the scientific community. A respected public educator, he has delivered keynote presentations and consulted worldwide, including appearances at the United Nations and the National Press Club.
